  • 3 cups bone broth
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 pound potatoes (sweet or white, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano (chopped)
  • 1 lemon juice (and zest)
  • 6 ounces kalamata olives (chopped)

    The directions are missing for this recipe. The link to the directions doesn't work. I'm going to try making this in my slow cooker and hope for the best.

    Totally impressed with Mediterranean Beef Heart! It takes 2 days to make it and a lot of ingredients... but the end results was a crowd pleaser. My Husband Thought I was going to too much trouble... but at the table with first bite.... Yummmmm..

    A lot better than I thought. Dad liked it so much he had it three nights in a row. The heart dosnt have a strong taste like sheep heart or liver.
