Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 700 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix the crackers, cranberry sauce, cranberries, eggs, sugar, onion, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. 3Add the ground beef and mix.
  4. 4Place in a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Take out of the oven and spread the BBQ sauce on top. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6Take out and let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
