  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs (I finely grind one slice of whatever bread I have in the hou)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning (just a blend of marjoram, thyme)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 onion (medium, sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
