I did not use bread crumbs. I split the meat into two parts and used half on Naan bread as a snack crust pizza. For this, build the pizza completely with all the toppings. 25 minutes is plenty. The second half I used a 7 inch pie plate and followed the directions. Other than the excess fat drainage as mentioned by Carlos, the meatza turned out perfectly and was very tasty.
Tip: don't sleep on the 25 min baking part, the grease will smoke a bunch drain it every chance you get and immediately pop it back in. turned out extremely better than expected. i forgot to get the bread crumbs but other that that most certainly delicious.
