Would definitely make it again. Easy to add your own ingredients to change it up.

This came out so moist and delish. I did add 1 tsp Mustard. Also, the instructions read after you top them with ketchup to put them back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. I only did 5 minutes which was fine but we like crunchy corners so next time I will leave them in for 10 minutes. If you like them soft then only do 5 minutes.

This is a staple in our household and I’ve used it with ground turkey, chicken and beef can’t go wrong and so quick freezes well!

Unbelievably easy, and MY KIDS ATE IT. I told them we were making "dinner cupcakes." We added mashed potato "frosting" on top. They never would have gone near regular meatloaf but these were a huge hit.
