Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 eggs
1/2 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 poblano peppers (roasted, peeled, and cut into strips)
1 can red bell pepper (cut into strips.)
3 tablespoons feta cheese (/goat cheese)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200C.
2Mix the ground beef, tomato sauce, mustard, and egg together in a bowl.
3Cover the inside of a rectangular pan with the meat mixture. Make sure to leave a hollow space in the center.
4Fill the hollow space with the bell peppers, goat cheese, and the poblano pepper.
5Cover the layers of vegetables and cheese with a layer of ground beef.
6Bake for 35–45 minutes.
7Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
