I made this for dinner last night. The only thing I changed was I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs cause its all I had. My husband said it was the best meatloaf I have ever made (married 21 years) He had the left overs for lunch today and said it was even better today. What I liked about it is it wasn't dry or heavy feeling. Very moist. I didnt use a 9x15 pan. it was too big. Used a smaller loaf pan. I also didnt use all the sauce for the top. We dont like our food buried in sauce. I used half of it. Definitely will be making it again.

Everyone liked it but I put cream of mushroom soup over the top instead of the tomato topping.

Delicious and easy!!!

Decent, but seriously salty and a bit to "soggy." The glaze was too thick.

A bit bland and it didn't hold together well. The kids enjoyed it though.
Denise Jean 7 Oct 2018
It was very salty. I think the measurements were incorrect.

Delicious! Glaze got a little blackened, so I’d wait to add it the last 15 minutes next time I make it.

straight forward, no weird ingredients, made earlier in the day, popped in oven for one hour. used turkey instead of beef.

its a great recipe. I am not very fond of dry mustard so I changed it to 1/8 i also nixed the nutmeg and added a bit more brown sugar to the topping. its been a favorite meal for us! thank you!

I prepared with ingredients as stated. Since I was short on time, I used my jumbo muffin pan and made six individual meat loaves. I baked at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. They were delicious and we even have leftovers for another meal. The glaze is the perfect finishing note.
