Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour

Directions

  1. Put the chopped onion and the garlic in the chopper. Remove the skin to the chorizo ​​and cut into pieces into the chopper.
  2. Add the chopped meat in a bowl. Add chopped parsley.
  3. Break the egg into the bowl.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Gradually add breadcrumbs and continue stirring until the meat begins to peel off the bowl.
