  • 300 grams ground pork
  • 200 grams ground chicken
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 chile pepper
  • 30 grams breadcrumbs (soaked in milk)
  • 1 egg
  • salt

  • flour
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 300 grams couscous
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 asparagus stalks
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 300 milliliters beef broth
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • chopped parsley (optional)


  1. For the meatballs, in a large mixing bowl, mix ground meat and bread crumbs, egg, chopped garlic, ground chili powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into small meatballs.
  3. Lightly coat meatballs in flour and fry over medium-low heat until golden and cooked through.
  4. For the couscous, cut the carrot, onion and asparagus into cubes.
