300 grams ground pork
200 grams ground chicken
1 garlic cloves
1 chile pepper
30 grams bread crumbs (soaked in milk)
1 eggs
extra-virgin olive oil
300 grams couscous
1 carrots
1 onions (small)
1 teaspoon curry powder
300 milliliters beef broth
extra-virgin olive oil
chopped parsley (optional)


1For the meatballs, in a large mixing bowl, mix ground meat and bread crumbs, egg, chopped garlic, ground chili powder, salt and pepper.
2Shape into small meatballs.
3Lightly coat meatballs in flour and fry over medium-low heat until golden and cooked through.
4For the couscous, cut the carrot, onion and asparagus into cubes.
5Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables.
