Description

Made with just two ingredients — yogurt and strawberries — these easy, healthy Popsicles. The most time consuming part is freezing the molds for 24 hours in advance. Then, simply puree the fruit and yogurt in a blender, fill the molds and freeze them until firm.

Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams bread crumbs (stale, moistened with milk)
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes
  • olives
  • salt
  • flour
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 ounces white wine

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix the meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder, tomato paste, and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2Form the meat into balls and coat with flour.
  3. 3In a frying pan, heat a few teaspoons of oil, add the meatballs and cook until brown.
  4. 4Add the wine and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
  5. 5Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese to taste.
