Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 6 lettuce leaves (sliced)
  • 1 tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons onions (minced)
  • 1 carrots (peeled and ground)
  • chayotes (cooked)
  • salad dressing

Directions

  1. Shred the turkey breast and dried tomatoes using a food processor until it forms a paste.
  2. Add the blended mixture, beef, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and mix.
  3. Form the meatballs of the desired size.
  4. Grease a skillet with cooking spray, heat it at medium heat, and place the meatballs on a it. Cook until they brown on all sides.
  5. Spread evenly the lettuce leaves, tomato, onion, carrot, and chayote in 2 different plates.
  6. Add the meatballs to the plates and serve with your favorite salad dressing.
