Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1/2 onions (peeled and minced)
1/2 leeks (diced)
200 grams ground beef
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
salt
4 roasted red peppers (seeded)
100 milliliters heavy cream
50 grams gorgonzola

Directions

1Start by sauteing together the garlic, onion, and leek.
2Once softened, add the ground beef and slowly simmer 5 minutes.
3Right before the beef finishes cooking, add the tomato sauce. Salt to taste.
4Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
5Once the filling has cooled, carefully stuff the peppers.
6For the sauce, in a saucepan set the heavy cream and gorgonzola cheese to melt on low heat.
7Plate the stuffed peppers with the sauce on top.
