It is tasty, flavorful, and only has 420 calories. Ingredients include ground beef, green bell pepper, onions, oats, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, eggs, salt, ground black pepper, and bacon strips. It is a hearty, comforting creation.

Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
1 green bell pepper (seeded and diced)
1/4 cup onions (minced)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 eggs (beaten)
salt
ground black pepper
6 bacon (strips)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Add the ground beef, bell pepper, onion, oats, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, egg, and a pinch of salt and black pepper to a bowl. Mix well using your hands. If the mixtures comes out to be too moist, add more bread crumbs.
3Place the bacon on the bottom of a baking dish, Add the ground beef mixture on top of the bacon. Spread it out evenly.
4Add the baking dish to the oven for 40 minutes.
5Remove the oven from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
