Ingredients

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (large, *this should get you at least 10-12 nuggets depending how on how big or small you make them)
  • 1 large egg
  • panko bread crumbs (*gets you the crispiest coating!)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Directions

  1. 1. In one plate add your panko bread crubs and season with salt and pepper. In another plate or bowl break your egg and add 2 teaspoons water and season with salt and pepper or your desired seasonings.
  2. 2. Add your chicken breast to your food processor and pulse for about 4-5 minutes. Remove and shape into your desired portions and shape. First dip in to the egg mixture then in the panko mixture.
  3. 3. Heat your oil, canola, vegetable or extra virgin and fry each nugget for about 2-3 minutes on either side.
