I've been juicing for a while now and I've noticed that adding it to a healthy plan makes me feel fuller because of the dense nutrients you take in when you juice. This is a great meal to have as the last meal of the day. I've found that I've needed to mix things up a bit to keep the weight off and not get bored in the process. I’m giving it a 4 because not only was it not as bad I thought it was going to be, I actually thought it was quite delicious. I would’ve given it a 5 but I had to make a few adjustments. I took the advice of one of the other commenters and added a little apple cider vinegar, I also added a full apple as opposed to just a half. The ginger and lemon is a bit strong but I added ice so, once that melted, it watered it down perfectly. Definitely will make this again. *side note: I juiced, I assumed I wouldn’t like the consistency of blending*
Speaking as a pretty decent vegan chef, taste is where most people fail so yes it has to be aquired. I just added coconut water and a teaspoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar.

I usually like all types of juicing but this is awful!! The consistency is too thick!! Weight loss??? Maybe because it certainly took away all desire to eat anything else!!🤢🤢

Very green tasting if you like that. I decided to blend (since I don’t have a juicer) and wouldn’t recommend doing that.

it is ok for a green juice, just forgot i hate celery... so this one wasn't for me.
Didn't taste bad for being a liquid salad. Just couldn't stick with it after the 2nd glass.
