Use either Pizza Crust OR Rapid Rise Yeast. Pizza Crust Yeast contains dough relaxers which make rolling or patting out the dough easier.
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's pizza crust yeast
- Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water (very, 120° to 130°F)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (OR vegetable oil)
