  • tofu (some fried, optional)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 16 7/8 ounces coconut water
  • coconut milk
  • 1/2 pineapple juice (a can of, 11.5 ounces)
  • 5 large carrots (in large chunks)
  • 5 potatoes (golden, in large cubes)
  • 2 green beans (big handfuls of petite, trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon msg (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind (powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chicken base (Knorr brand, no msg added, roasted, I purchased from Cash and Carry)
