I LOVED this recipe! 1. Kale is even healthier when raw 2. This is actually delicious, I was a bit suspicious about the cheese because without it it was so delicious already but for some reason the parmesan brought it to a whole new level. I'm going to be eating this as a snack, as a salad with other stuff as a meal and as a side dish. Thanks!

HIGHLY recommend this recipe. I love kale but my jaw would always hurt when I ate it raw because it was so tough. Not anymore! Who would have thought that massaging kale would make such a difference?

I will never go back to not massaging my kale again!! Insanely impressed what a difference this made. Recipe is perfect, didn't alter a thing. Made it to go with thanksgiving dinner and my boyfriend and I gobbled it up quicker than a turkey! Thanks!
