Really nice and creamy, the only thing i did differently is that i didn’t peel the potatoes before cooking them. I just find it less time consuming when the skins just fall off after boiling, but it still turned out delicious.

Since I didn’t have any heavy whipping cream, I was able to sub it with more butter and milk. Turned out great!
