Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onions (chopped)
  • 450 grams leeks (cut into small pieces)
  • 80 grams speck (or bacon)
  • 30 grams softened butter
  • 150 milliliters milk (warm)
  • 1 eggs
  • 90 grams grating cheese (raclette type)

Directions

  1. 1Boil peeled potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes until tender.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and leeks. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. 3Add speck or bacon, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
