  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 stalk green onions (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup red pepper (chopped)
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons basil (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil (for brushing)
  • 1/2 Haas avocados (medium)
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves (about 6 to 8 leaves)
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream (cashew, or yogurt if not paleo)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ lime)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (more to taste)
