    i diviated a bit by cutting down to 3 garlic cloves instead of 4. I also added a med sized potato. It was wonderful with grilled catfish and a green salad with a lightly salted fresh lemon/oil dressing and was the 'star' of the meal.

    Awful. I took one bite and the garlic stayed with me for the whole day....way too much for the serving size.
