Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon teas (nutmeg)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup black tea
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon (powdered)
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup black tea

Directions

  1. Pour the milk, masala chai, and cocoa in a kettle.
  2. Stir well, and let it boil to thicken slightly. Sweeten with honey, and strain the cocoa before serving.
