This recipe is fantastic! I made it without the cream then topped it with a little shredded cheese & avocado. Definitely a family favorite!

Wow - this was brilliant!! Made this practically identical to the recipe except at the end used creme fraiche instead of sour cream, and used chicken thigh not breast... didn't have any avo so skipped the toppings (but recon it would be great so defs next time!) and used crushed/powdered nachos as suggested... might have added extra corn in too. Will make this again soon as so hearty and warming, think 8 portions is a bit optimistic (or we're greedy lol) did 4 dinner sized bowls and 2 lunch sized. Genuinely looked like the picture too for once!

This is one of my favorite soups. I didn't make any changes to the recipe and I love it. It also freezes well.

Yummy. I made an alteration by cooking everything in the slow cooker. Turned out wonderful.

Amazing!! I added an extra can of tomatoes and it was perfect. I skipped cooking the chicken and bought a rotisserie. I’ll keep this recipe!

Excellent except I also needed the taco seasoning and I double the chili seasoning everyone LOVED it!!

very good, went the lower maintenance route and just used the meat from a rotisserie chicken, and some red curry paste instead of the marsala and it still yielded yummy results! (oven roasted the corn cobs and cut the kernals right into the soup, made the flavor really pop)- def lots of fun twists to your every day taco soup! ;)

This turned out pretty good. I would suggest taco seasoning the chicken.
I’ve had quite a few chicken tortilla soups and the tastes can vary so much. This one has that taste I crave when I think chicken tortilla soup.
I really like this.

This soup was delicious. I added it to my recipe box. It was a hit with the family. It was pretty simple to make. I made a couple of substitutions but they were minor. Smooth and creamy but not too heavy. I’ll be making this on a regular basis. Perfect to make and carry to pot lucks. Thanks Martina!
