• 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 80 grams marshmallows (or mini-marmallows)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Butter a rectangular or round pan and line the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter (cut into pieces) in a bowl in the microwave.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla powder. Mix well.
  5. Add the whole eggs and whisk.
  6. Stir in the flour and yeast.
  7. Add marshmallows (cut into 4 pieces) or mini-marshmallows, and pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil so the top does not brown too much, and bake for another 10 minutes. The cake should still be moist in the middle.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool before unmolding.
  10. Cut into slices or squares.
  11. Serve warm or cold.
