Marshmallow Chocolate Brownies


  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 80 grams marshmallows (or mini-marmallows)


  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. 2Butter a rectangular or round pan and line the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. 3Melt the chocolate and butter (cut into pieces) in a bowl in the microwave.
  4. 4Add the sugar and vanilla powder. Mix well.
  5. 5Add the whole eggs and whisk.
  6. 6Stir in the flour and yeast.
  7. 7Add marshmallows (cut into 4 pieces) or mini-marshmallows, and pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil so the top does not brown too much, and bake for another 10 minutes. The cake should still be moist in the middle.
  9. 9Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool before unmolding.
  10. 10Cut into slices or squares.
  11. 11Serve warm or cold.
