  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup dressing (Best Foods® Mayonnaise ,  with Olive Oil)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard ( spicy )
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle hot sauce ( , I like Tabasco)
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • cilantro leaves

    Directions

    1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; add cold water to cover by 3 inches. Bring to a boil; cover, remove from heat and let stand 9 minutes.
    2. Drain immediately and fill the saucepan with cold water and ice. Tap each egg firmly on the counter until it forms a web of cracks and peel under cold running water.

    I dyed the egg whites in beet juice for a pretty pink color. I didn't think these were anything special, but everyone else seemed to think these were delicious.
