This marinade is very, very good! Less sweet than many which is a nice change. I didn't use the Basil because I'm just not a big fan of dried basil. If I had had fresh I would have added it. Try this. It's nice.

Got this marinating right now. I added some liquid smoke to the already smoky paprika. Tasted the marinade and it needs salt. Add that.

Great! Will make it again for sure. I would marinate it around 12 hours. 24 hours is too much. Great with blue cheese butter.
