this recipe was amazing and quick! Instead of roasted red peppers I used green peppers and added tomatoes!

Oh, that's got to be good. Heck, I wouldn't even bother with the marinated peppers. I'd just char and peel a fresh one. And the goat cheese option is the one I'd go for. Hot as it's been here for the last week, I think that's tomorrow's dinner!
