going to make this tomorrow night with an addition. I used Kens greek dressing as the marinade. will stuff it with spinach and feta cheese. will also make a homemade alfredo sauce with jalapeno & cilantro for the side.

Used a basic Italian salad dressing to marinate overnight (over 12 hours). Still couldn’t taste the Italian flavor very much. But still enjoyed the chicken. Nice crunch and great with marinara and shredded Parmesan.

It turned out juicy and tasty. The only issue was as I cut the chicken the panko coating was falling off the chicken.

Really good, however, I forgot to turn the oil down so it browned up super fast which was fine but next time I I'll wait a little, while I place it on medium heat. Excellent dish I will make again.

I marinated the chicken for about 24 hours in a pesto marinade and then I followed the directions exactly. Chicken was crispy on outside and juicy and flavorful on inside.

I've been cooking chicken for 40 years and this is by far the best chicken I have made. Excellent flavours and moist - will make this over and over again and also will use this same technique on veal to make a weiner schnitzel. Should turn out fabulous as well.
