- 1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 3 cups lettuce
- 1/4 red onion (sliced in rings)
- 1 tomato (sliced)

Directions
- Grease a skillet with cooking spray on medium-high flame.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and let cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet, let cool for 10 minutes, and slice into strips.
