  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or similar)
  • 3 teaspoons thyme (oregano, rosemary, pick one or a combo to equal 3 tsp)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts

    Directions

    1. Combine vinegar, spices, mustard, garlic and oil into a large resealable bag. Mix well. Add chicken and shake together to mix. Put in fridge to cook next day or freeze for use in the next few weeks.
    2. Bake thawed chicken at 375 degrees F preheated oven for about 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked through.
