If your grandma spoiled you to homemade chicken and dumplings, this recipe will fall short by far! The photo suggests diced celery but there is nothing green in this dish! No sage, fresh chopped parsley or snipped celery tops at the end. There’s no chicken broth! Pasta? And biscuits are not dumplings. If you need to make a “mock dish” in a hurry, you could go with this one but you may want to omit the pasta and add in some green as we did. We found it bland and lacking in authenticity. Will not make again!
