Loved this recipe! So easy and delicious. It was a perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even my husband who doesn’t care for sweet potatoes said it was tasty. I made my homemade mashed sweet potatoes instead of instant and salted the chicken before seasoning. I also put a dash of salt in the syrup glaze. Will definitely make again!

This was so easy, quick and tasty. I didn’t know what to make for dinner besides the tenderloins I already had out and came across this interesting recipe. The maple syrup glaze wasn’t as sweet as I was anticipating since it reduces with what was left in the pan from the chicken. Instead of the microwaveable pouch of sweet mashed, I had the instant sweet mashed potato pouch in the pantry. Will make again!

I loved this recipe!! Made it once and even with it's simplicity, have been dying to make it again ever since. The first time I substituted the packaged sweet mash for homemade and plan on doing so in the future. I cooked them just as you would traditional homemade mashed potatoes except I went easy on the salt so as to not overpower the sweetness of the potatoes and added some maple syrup to compliment the flavor of the glaze that tops the dish off = )
