  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

    Directions

    1. Place ribs on shallow baking pan. Mix together well remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut into 2-3 rib portions to serve.
