These are sooooooo good! We make them quite often when we need a side. Super easy and ridiculously tasty! I use maple syrup and a cast iron and they always come out perfectly. The only thing I modify is that I replace the olive oil with butter. Not exactly healthy, but adds to the rich taste. :)
