really delicious, especially if made a little spicier. only downside is that they tend to be a tad sticky if not served immediately. i may have been a bit heavy handed with the maple syrup. great recipe.

Excellent recipe. Searing time is a bit optimistic though, it’s more like 10 Minutes to get nice color on the carrots before putting in oven.

I am only giving it three stars because my family isn't super carrot fans. If you like carrots, then this would probably be a 5 star recipe for you. It was super easy too.

I agree with the instructions...don’t use baby carrots. Regular carrots work better.

This was fantastic. I used less maple syrup due to personal preference. But I tasted this and felt like an actual cook. Making again.

These are sooooooo good! We make them quite often when we need a side. Super easy and ridiculously tasty! I use maple syrup and a cast iron and they always come out perfectly. The only thing I modify is that I replace the olive oil with butter. Not exactly healthy, but adds to the rich taste. :)

This was amazing! The pound of carrot didnt last long. I used a cast iron pan which worked wonderfully for both stovetop and oven use.
