These are sooooooo good! We make them quite often when we need a side. Super easy and ridiculously tasty! I use maple syrup and a cast iron and they always come out perfectly. The only thing I modify is that I replace the olive oil with butter. Not exactly healthy, but adds to the rich taste. :)

This was amazing! The pound of carrot didnt last long. I used a cast iron pan which worked wonderfully for both stovetop and oven use.
Delicious and very simple.

Turned out delicious. Had to leave it in longer than the recipe calls for since my husband likes them to be soft instead of crunchy but we both enjoyed it.
