    It was just okay tbh. The Dijon mustard was good, but the maple syrup was a little sweet. Could have probably done with less maple syrup.

    I didn’t have Dijon mustard, but I had whole grain and added some lemon juice to make up for the lack of tanginess. 10 minutes is perfect if you have thinner fillets. Super great recipe!
