- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 16 oz. white chocolate (approximately 1 ½ - 10 oz bags)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. maple flavored extract
- 10 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (or white, milk or dark)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Arrange sliced bacon on a wire rack over foil-lined baking pan; brush the top of the bacon with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 15 minutes; flip the bacon, brush other side with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar; bake for another 15 minutes or until it reaches the desired level of crispiness.
