  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder (more to taste if you like the sauce to be hotter, You can substitute chili powder to taste if you like.)
