This recipe couldn’t be easier, and it’s adaptable. You can sub in other dried or freeze-dried fruit for the mango, coconut, and raspberries; add toasted nuts; or drizzle the finished apples with melted chocolate. You'll need 4 wooden popsicle sticks. - 1. Combine almond butter and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2. Remove stems from apples and insert a wooden popsicle stick into each apple. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3. Spread almond butter mixture onto apples and set them on parchment paper.
- 4. Roll apples in dried mango, coconut, and freeze-dried raspberries and refrigerate until ready to serve. Keep the apples refrigerated to ensure the almond butter coating remains firm.
