    Fantastic so easy! probably use any fruit rasberry strawberry would be good also

    It tasted amazing, just make sure to adjust with sugar if the mango isn't sweet. And once you mix the heavy cream to the mango purée do it slowly and don't mix too much or the heavy cream will separate
