We make this hot sauce all of the time, it’s a family favorite. Delicious on tacos, or served over cream cheese with crackers. Not too hot, and well balanced with the sweetness of the mangoes.

It is superb! I actually added about a cup worth of fresh cherries too. Great flavor and a nice compliment to Ciabatta bread.
