A quick twist on a mango lassi, this two-ingredient smoothie is made with Yoplait® Greek 100 mango yogurt and fresh mango.
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen, slightly thawed, pieces)
- 1 cup Yoplait® Greek 100 mango yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- fresh mint leaves
- In blender, place mango, yogurt and milk. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glass, and sprinkle with cardamom. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
