Description

A quick twist on a mango lassi, this two-ingredient smoothie is made with Yoplait® Greek 100 mango yogurt and fresh mango.

Ingredients

US|METRIC
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen, slightly thawed, pieces)
  • 1 cup Yoplait® Greek 100 mango yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. In blender, place mango, yogurt and milk. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass, and sprinkle with cardamom. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
