This mango bar recipe is pretty good. I mostly taste the lemon, BUT I haven't tried it with fresh, mangoes, which I imagine would taste better. I am giving this a 4-star, but I can see it being 5-stars if you use sweeter, not frozen mangoes.

Growing up in Hawaii we have an abundance of mango on our trees during the summer. These mango bars were made with those fresh organic mangos and they were definitely a hit at our party.

These were delicious and simple to make! I used bottled lime juice because I didn't have lemon, and at first the flavor was too mild, but once it settled in a bit more, it was great. Still plan on using lemon juice next time. The crust was perfect, and I'm curious to experiment with other fruit combinations in the filling.

These turned out wonderful! Mango with lemon has a great combination of sweet and very light hint of sour. I didn't think one over-powered the other. The recipe was easy to follow. I will make these again! My family loved them.

So good. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect! Next time I'll try lime juice instead of lemon as these are a little sweeter than I like. I'll also cook the crust for a smidge longer to get it a bit crispier

I didn't have two mangoes in the house, so I just used one instead. I had to tamper a bit with the quantities, but the result was just as delicious as promised! I will use this recipe again soon, for sure!

These mango bars are delicious--i make a LOT of different desserts, and I've been told this is the best by far.
