I find any smoothie so much healthier and better tasting with coconut, almond or oat milk (without added sugar), no yogurt. I add some fresh cucumber, celery and 1/2 an avocado that adds creaminess to the banana but no taste to interfere with the lovely mango. Atulfo mangoes are the best most of the time with a few delicious exceptions from those I had in India.

Super thick, could add more milk. Under 300 calories. My mango was fresh and not frozen. Refreshing taste and will definitely make again.
