  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 400 milliliters chicken broth

    Directions

    1. Saute the white section of the leeks with the oil on low heat.
    2. Add the cheese, cream, and chicken broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
