Description

This cream, made with machego cheese, is a simple recipe that requires only 7 ingredients and 30 minutes to put together. The cheese is accented with leek and chicken broth, both of which add a nice depth to the recipe. Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 150 grams manchego cheese
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 400 milliliters chicken broth
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Saute the white section of the leeks with the oil on low heat.
  2. 2Add the cheese, cream, and chicken broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Add the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth, Season again, if needed. Served cold or hot.
