Awesome! We all loved it! I used fresh tarragon as the herb on top. The man of the house approved and went back for seconds. I’ll definitely make it again!

bomb dot com! used whole grain garlic mustard instead. The tanginess of the mustard & rice vinegar mesh really well & the maple syrup ties it all together. Pre salting the chicken pieces is key.

Didn’t have some of the ingredients but used some replacements. Came out pretty good... overall great recipe!

I used chicken breast instead of thighs and it worked out great. Fresh rosemary was a nice touch.

I only had dry rosemary, but came out amazing. I baked at 375 instead of 450

Turned out great. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs, and rolled them up with mozzarella cheese in it. Wonderful!

It was okay the flavors were strong and didn’t really go together

It was very good, but I used the whole dijon seeded mustard and I think it may have changed the texture of the sauce. I'm going to try the creamy style next time. Also, I used breasts instead of legs. Despite theses changes, the flavor was great and it was super easy to make!

Turned out great I doubled the recipe. Next time will make more of the marinade for dipping chips into as a side sauce.

I made it per the instructions and the 40 minutes was way too long! The bottom of the thighs were burned. The dish tasted great.

Fiancé loved it! Not a big fan of mustard, but he loves it so it was perfect for him!

Horrible, I used chicken breast. The sauce did not adhere to the meat nor did it taste well... dijon was overpowering for my kids as well as I. Unfortunate...

This turned out well! I used boneless skinless chicken tenderloins (3lbs) and I broiled it the last 5 minutes with the rosemary on top to brown the top to caramelize the extra sauce in the baking dish. Served over jasmine rice with steamed broccoli. Husband and children all loved it and would eat it again!

Truly amazing! Moist and so flavorful. Will definitely make again!

Turned out great... substituted maple syrup with honey

I made this as per the recipe, and served it with some broccoli florets topped with a cheese sauce. A couple of artisan rolls fresh out of the oven rounded out my plate. In keeping with the “man pleasing” title of the entree, I topped off this delicious meal with a cold domestic beer. Unless you have an aversion to “honey-mustard” flavors, this should work nicely at your house. A quick, easy, inexpensive, healthy and tasty main dish.

Family enjoyed it!!!

Made it once and was a huge success with three people eating two thighs each. Definitely will make it again.

I did not like this at all

This chicken was terrible. Do NOT use two tablespoons of vinegar!

I substituted honey for maple syrup and baked chicken thighs for 35mins. Tasted very good. Chicken thighs were really juicy. My colleagues loved this!
Sarah Griffin 29 Nov 2018
It was okay. I used chicken breast instead of the thighs, but I feel like the proportions were a little skewed. The Dijon mustard was a little overwhelming, but it was still a decent recipe.

Was excited for this recipe but didnt turn out so good, chicken was dry and the sauce got burned
