Amazing!! I followed other reviews and did 1/3 cup mustard (didn't have Dijon) and 1/3 maple syrup. I also didn't have rice wine vinegar so I used white wine vinegar instead, ok so I kinda altered the whole recipe but me and my husband chowed down! Roasted red potatoes as a side.

Tasted like straight up Dijon. It overwhelmed all other flavors. I could not even taste the maple syrup. Very strong. Maybe if it had been a hint of dijon we would have liked this better? Yuck!

Delicious sweet mustard flavor and tender chicken.

Awesome! Have made several times it depends however on the use of a GOOD Dijon not Grey Poupon

DELICIOUS! I used bone-in chicken thighs with the skin on, so the meat is still juicy and moist. After its done cooking, i let the chicken rest for about 10-15 minutes and tear off the skin and remove the bone. Just like recipe suggests, i make a sauce with the pan drippings and a little cornstarch. OMG! That sauce had me wanting to slap my mama! That sauce was DYNAMITE, I was licking my fork, (butter) knife, i almost wanted to lick my plate but i didnt bc i had friends over! I will DEFINITELY be making this again for friends, dates and family!

Not gonna lie, I had drumsticks to work with. My family loved it regardless. Made it with sour cream and chive mashed potatoes and sauteed corn. Looks like I'll be coming back to this recipé in the future. All said, well met. Not a bad one at all.

It was great but I added honey and country dijon along with regular dijon. Plus, i grilled it instead of baking it. The base of the sauce was good!

Meh not bad, but not great. Chicken stayed relatively moist, but the main taste is the mustard. Probably will not make again

Pretty good; my fiancé loves it, but I always add sliced cheese on top of the chicken at the end of the bake. The left over ‘sauce’ from the baking dish doesn’t look very appealing after it bakes - nor is it the best sauce to add TO the serving dish in my opinion, but usually the chicken is moist enough and the cheese on top really locks in the mustard/syrup mixture on each piece of chicken for maximum flavor.

My family loves this recipe, I make it at least once a month. Even the 3 year old cleans her plate! The only thing I do differently is I use brown sugar instead of maple syrup. I prefer the flavor that way plus it is cheaper! Thanks for a great recipe!
