This is a gluten free recipe for meatloaf that can be easily prepared early and frozen

  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup oats (uncooked, quick or old-fashioned)
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup sauce (Dales steak seasoning)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons gluten (Spike's, Free seasoning salt)
  • 3/4 cup diced tomatoes (drained petite)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Stubb's Original)

    Directions
