Ingredients

  • 200 grams chocolate (52% or 70% cocoa)
  • 130 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • 20 grams almond (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 grams malt (balls)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into pieces into the bimby cup and make some turbo boosts, remove it and set aside.
  3. Place the "butterfly" in the cup and pour in the brown sugar, the butter and the eggs and set it for 5 min., 37º, Vel. 3.
  4. Add the reserved chocolate and flour, almonds, cinnamon and some chopped maltesers and stir 5 sec., Vel.3.
  5. Pour the preparation in a greased and floured rectangular mold, smooth so as to be uniform and well spread by mold, sprinkle over with a little more chopped maltesers and bake in the oven for 20/25 minutes.
  6. Cut the brownies when still warm into squares and allow them to cool for about 1 hour.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, when it is time to serve.
