    I doubled this make ahead gravy for Thanksgiving and there was plenty. I chose this recipe because someone else was frying the turkey so I had no drippings. I couldn’t find turkey broth at my store so just used chicken broth instead. I liked that this was one thing I didn’t have to make at the last minute.
