  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (sweet Spanish, or sweet Hungarian paprika)
  • 1/4 head napa cabbage (5 ounces)
